Can you manufacture to any size?

Yes, all products are made to measure and designed to suit your home.

Are the products guaranteed?

All products have a 10 year insurance backed Guarantee.

Can you come to my home and give me a price?

No, our approach doesn’t involve a sales person. Instead you will need to give us approximate sizes and we will provide a quote based on that.

Will you manufacture from my sizes?

If you choose to order the items for delivery or collection then the accurate sizes will need to be provided by you.

I am happy with my quotation, what do I do next??

For a collection or delivery service you will need to carefully check the sizes and specification and then place the order. This can be done on the website, over the phone or in person.

If you wish for us to install then you will need to book a survey and installation date. At this point you will need to place the order to secure those appointments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque and all debit or credit cards except American Express. You will not incur any charges for using a credit card.

I have had other quotes and Window Warehouse is considerably lower, why is this?

There are a few reasons for this.

  1. We do not have sales people therefore we do not have their expense (company cars and commission)
  2. Our prices are always the same. When you have sales person at your home they can manipulate prices in order to earn more commission (if they see a nice home and an expensive car they might charge you more)
Do you only manufacture UPVC products?
